It’s time for Taiping Bird Week 2023, and this year, it will be held from 20-27 August in Taiping, Perak. This is also the fourth time the birding event has been held here.
For those planning to visit, please note that the main event will take place on 26-27 August, which is a weekend, and the venue of the event has not been shared from the posters.
Taiping Bird Week 2023
This birding event targets schools and the public, where awareness is shared in various activities, including talks, programs, contests and on-ground events. The organisers have partnered with the local council to provide a week-long event.
On weekdays, the event will focus more on the school sector, with bird and nature education being shared through talks and activities. During the weekend, the public and schools participate in several other on-ground events.
