This is the Greater Green Leafbird in Malaysia, which can be seen in lowland forests all over the country. Usually, it can be spotted in male and female pairs.
They are often seen feeding on fruits and make great photography subjects. I managed to shoot this photo at Bukit Lagong in Selangor.
Greater Green Leafbird in Malaysia
This leafbird is also found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand and is classified as Endangered by IUCN.
One interesting fact is that the male and female do not look alike, and in the photo above, you see the male Greater Green Leafbird (Chloropsis sonnerati).
Conclusion
To see this bird in the wild, you can explore most national parks or forest reserves around the country. The Greater Green Leafbird is harder to spot as they blend in with the foliage.
