Hey, I’ve been following and reading your blog sometimes (as someone just started to birding), quick question, won’t such events like these disturb the bird ecology? like many people who go in looking for it…
It’s only during the event, and this event has been running for almost 40 years now. So, it’s not a massive event like Global BirdFair. It’s more small-scale and limited to around a couple of hundred birders/photographers. But well spread out throughout the entire hill area. I’ve seen bigger events up there, like superbikers gathering with loud noises and so on…. haha.
